This afternoon, I stood at the dispatch box in the House of Commons for the second reading of the Advanced Research & Invention Agency (ARIA) Bill; an agency which will focus on High Risk-High Reward research, drawing on our R&D strengths in order to reach fantastic and gifted individuals with innovative, creative ideas.
