Day 13 of the Lockdown Boot Camp is the second part of our brilliant two part home workout from the fantastic Leigh Westwood, a local personal trainer here in Derby North.
This workout is again perfect for doing in your front room or garden and will definitely get you burning some calories and breaking a sweat.
