I read with interest the news this morning on the potential for using the currently unused brownfield land formerly known as Chaddesden Triangle to create a 'St Modwen Park' development and provide up to 1,250 jobs on completion.
This proposal, which includes three business units, as well as a fitness trail and wildlife corridor/habitat, and may also see retail, restaurant, office and pub use, would be constructed in 8 phases, with the first phase having the potential to create 300 jobs.
I will follow this proposal closely as it goes through the usual processes.
