It was fantastic to attend the opening of St Modwen logistics located at Pride Park. It is amazing to see the creation of a new business zone for Derby coming to life after decades of the vacant land standing empty. The regeneration site is committed to the levelling up of Derby as it is such a wonderful city to live, work and enjoy!
