This morning, I visited the amazing St Giles Special Primary School here in Derby North, where I was guided around their two sites by their inspirational head teacher Mr Clive Lawrence, met with their pupils and took part in some of their activities and lessons, thanks all their brilliant staff, and topped it off with a Q&A Session as well.
Over the last year, I held lots of virtual events with schools across Derby North and it is so nice to be back in classrooms with local school children, seeing how happy they all are and talking to them about what life is like as an MP.
Thank you so much to Clive and the teacher and staff for the amazing job they do and for always going the extra mile for their pupils.
