Day 16 of the Lockdown Boot Camp is another of our fantastic home workout sessions from the brilliant author and personal trainer Richard Brewin of RBrewin books and Movement Personal Training.
Today's workout, which is full of fantastic exercises to get you ready for the weekend, is slightly longer than yesterdays and even more trying and testing, so don't worry if you can't do it all in one go, getting fitter and stronger doesn't happen overnight.
Make sure to do your warm up before and cool down afterwards, and keep a water bottle handy so you can stay refreshed.
