This month is Stress Awareness Month, where we all do our best to make the journey from distress to de-stress, and after all the stresses we've had over the last year, from #COVID19 to a cold and dark winter and #workingfromhome, it's just so important to be aware not only of our own stress levels, but of those around us as well.
As we slowly return to normality and being out of the house again, this month is a great time to find or start an activity that helps you reduce your stress levels, whether that's a sport, seeing friends or something creative of random.
But also remember that for some people, returning to what many of us see as 'the norm' is what is making them stressed, so we must try to be mindful of this.
